Ladd Family Pharmacy was started because we saw a real need in the community for a familiar face that would take the time to meet the needs of customers. We are Boise's full service PCAB Accredited specialty compounding and independent pharmacy and strongly believe our community pharmacy approach can make a real difference in people's lives.

Frank Talboy

Frank Talboy, R.Ph. has been a pharmacist for over 35 years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from Creighton University in 1974 and did many of his internship hours in his home town of Boise at the two busiest pharmacies in town at that time - Hill’s Pharmacy at 8th and Fort and Hill’s Pharmacy in the Broadway Shopping Center. He has worked in many pharmacy practice settings over the years including retail, outpatient clinic, hospital inpatient, nursing home and hospital administration. All of which have given him a unique perspective on the practice of pharmacy. His most recent experience has been at the Veterans Administration Hospital for the past 26 years where he was the Chief Pharmacist for 18 years and simultaneously at Hill’s pharmacy for the last 17 years as the evening and weekend staff pharmacist. Frank also received a Bachelor or Arts in Psychology from St. Louis University and Juris Doctor degree from Creighton Univeristy. He is a licensed Attorney at Law in Idaho. He is looking forward to continuing to practice community pharmacy at Ladd Family Pharmacy.

Ladd Family Pharmacy is proud to be a PCAB Accredited compounding pharmacy, one of only a small number of accredited pharmacies in the nation!  Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) accreditation affords compounding pharmacists and technicians an unparalleled opportunity to demonstrate superior quality and safety in their compounding practices. And yet, since PCAB was founded in 2004, less than 1% of compounding pharmacies across the nation have achieved accreditation.
